I’m Tosha Macdonald.

I’m an accountant, tax professional, business owner, problem-solver, organizer, marketer, and the person who genuinely enjoys figuring out how all the pieces fit together.

My career has never followed one narrow path. I’ve managed offices and teams, worked in accounting and tax, supported payroll and bookkeeping, built business systems, owned a small business, planned events, created marketing content, worked on websites, and managed organizational and campaign finances—and that range of experience is the reason Macdonald Ledger Co. exists.

Over the years, I kept seeing the same problem: small-business owners were expected to find a different person for every need. One person for the books. Another for payroll. Someone else for the website, the marketing, the systems, or the project that no one quite knew how to finish.

But those parts of a business aren’t separate. The numbers affect the decisions, the systems affect the people, and the message affects whether customers understand the value—so I created Macdonald Ledger Co. to offer a more practical kind of support, built around the whole business instead of just one piece of it.
